Thirteen years ago, I earned my professional life coaching certification and launched my full-time coaching practice. When life took an unexpected turn, I stepped back into the stability of the corporate world.
Coaching never really left me. It simply took on different forms, weaving itself through every chapter of my journey. Whether coaching clients, mentoring colleagues, or leading teams, my work has always centered on helping people navigate change- building self-awareness, strengthening confidence, enhancing performance, and moving forward with greater clarity and intention.
Turning Point Navigation brings together decades of leadership experience and my passion for coaching. Today, I'm once again devoting my full attention to helping people navigate life's turning points with clarity, confidence, and a renewed sense of purpose.
Meet Cheri
If you're here, chances are you're standing at a turning point…
Wherever you are in life’s journey,
you don't have to navigate it alone.
Turning Point Navigation
Began with a simple belief:
Life's biggest transitions
deserve more than quick answers. They deserve space, support,
and someone willing to walk alongside you.
My own journey has included career reinvention, leadership, caregiving, community service, blended family life, and the unexpected loss of loved ones. Every chapter has shaped my perspective, deepened my empathy, and reinforced what I believe to be true: life's turning points, while rarely easy, often prepare us for what's next.
I don't "fix" people.
I walk beside them.
My role is to create space for reflection, ask thoughtful questions, and help uncover the clarity and confidence needed to move forward.
Often, the most meaningful progress begins with the quiet internal shifts that prepare us for what's next.
My coaching is grounded, thoughtful, and practical. Clients often tell me they appreciate my calm presence, honest conversations, and structured approach. Together, we reconnect with your strengths, discover new possibilities, and create a path forward that feels authentic to who you are.
The Journey That Shaped
My Coaching
When I'm not coaching,
you'll usually find me enjoying life
in New Hampshire's White Mountains with my husband.
We're grateful to be empty nesters with a wonderfully blended family
of six adult children and three granddaughters.
