Terms of Use
Last Updated: August 21, 2026
Welcome to turningpointnavigation.com. These Terms of Use govern your use of the Turning Point Navigation website and related online services.
By using this website, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the website.
1. About Turning Point Navigation
Turning Point Navigation provides life coaching services designed to support individuals navigating change, growth, transition, and other personal or professional turning points.
Information provided on this website is intended to describe Turning Point Navigation’s coaching services and help prospective clients determine whether they would like to schedule a Complimentary Discovery Session.
2. Coaching Is Not Professional Treatment or Advice
Life coaching is a collaborative process focused on reflection, clarity, decision-making, goals, and forward movement.
Turning Point Navigation does not provide medical care, mental health treatment, psychotherapy, legal advice, financial advice, or other licensed professional services.
Information on this website should not be used as a substitute for advice, diagnosis, treatment, or services from an appropriately qualified professional.
If you become a coaching client, the nature and expectations of the coaching relationship will be addressed more fully in the Coaching Agreement.
3. No Guarantee of Outcomes
Turning Point Navigation is committed to providing thoughtful, professional coaching support. However, coaching results depend on many factors, including each client’s circumstances, choices, participation, and follow-through.
Turning Point Navigation supports clients throughout the coaching process, but each client remains responsible for their own choices, actions, and decisions. No particular result or outcome is promised or guaranteed.
4. Scheduling Appointments
Complimentary Discovery Sessions and coaching appointments may be scheduled through Acuity Scheduling.
Available appointment times are subject to change. Scheduling an appointment does not guarantee an ongoing coaching relationship.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate contact and scheduling information when booking.
Appointment confirmations, reminders, rescheduling information, cancellation information, and Zoom meeting details may be provided through Acuity Scheduling and related services.
5. Payments
Payment for paid coaching sessions is generally required at the time an appointment is scheduled.
Payments are processed through Stripe. Turning Point Navigation does not directly receive or store complete payment-card information.
Prices for coaching services may change from time to time. The price shown at the time an appointment is scheduled will apply to that appointment unless another arrangement has been agreed upon in writing.
6. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments through the scheduling system up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time.
Additional cancellation, no-show, payment, or rescheduling terms applicable to coaching clients may be described in the Coaching Agreement or communicated during the booking process.
Turning Point Navigation may occasionally need to reschedule or cancel an appointment. When this occurs, reasonable efforts will be made to notify the client and arrange another time.
7. Complimentary Discovery Sessions
A Complimentary Discovery Session is intended to provide an opportunity for a prospective client and Turning Point Navigation to learn more about one another, discuss the prospective client’s interests or goals, and consider whether coaching together may be a good fit.
A Discovery Session does not create an ongoing coaching relationship and does not obligate either party to continue working together.
